Small Group Training is the fundamental method of training used at the AVP Academy. It is similar to personal training but these techniques have the benefits associated with working out with other motivated individuals. It is proven that individuals who work out with others are more successful in achieving their health and fitness goals. On top of that, our small group training classes have the benefit of being supervised by some of the best trainers in the business. These classes are effective, efficient, and motivating. Our Sport-Specific classes limit the number of individuals that can attend any particular class. Don’t worry though, you can make a reservation so you are assured a spot in class.
